LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY A 15 minute leeway is allowed for tardiness. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time requires rescheduling. Please note that same-day cancellations and failure to appear for your appointment will incur a full charge of the service fee to the card on file.

PARKING

PARKING To ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to account for parking time. Please note that if you are late due to parking difficulties, you will be required to reschedule. Consider parking on 12th Street located directly on the side of the building.

METER PARKING
